Chronic fatigue may have many causal factors. This series of blog posts offer a few ideas you can check out for yourself or with your physician.
Self Care Issue
Nutrition: Vitamin deficiencies and mineral imbalances often contribute to, and sometimes are the primary cause of, fatigue and chronic pain. Low iron is commonly addressed, however, other vitamins, such as B12 and D, as well as insufficient minerals (magnesium in particular) may be the underlying culprit.1This is a another simple one. Eat a variety of foods including fresh fruits and vegetables.
